Any order that comes in we try to process within 10 working days.

If you are mailing in rolls, or dropped some off in the drop box, that timeline starts when the rolls are brought into the lab, so they may a few days behind because of this.

Yes! Disposable cameras use 35mm film, which is the most common format.

While checking out, there is a “Delivery Methods” section which refers to how we mail the negatives back to you, not how you are getting them here to us. (We know that that is confusing, but we can’t change their checkout template). If you don’t want your negatives back, select 219 Highland so that you aren’t charged a shipping fee!

To mail them to us, just use whatever courier you’re comfortable with.

We ask that you include your Order # given to you at checkout somewhere in or on the package!

Pack rolls in their original plastic packs whenever possible, or just something to keep dirt away.

Sometimes our emails are sent to people’s spam folders (it happens a lot, especially if this is your first time here. If it is, yay! welcome! thanks for choosing us :)

Try searching for “Lumentation” in your spam folder, and 99% of the time we’re there!

Our Google Drive links are only live for 2 weeks, so we advise that you download the files as soon as you get them from us just so you won’t forget.

If your drive link isn’t working anymore and you didn’t download everything, the beauty of getting your negatives back is that you can always get them rescanned.

We are a small lab and we do everything in-house, so we are a little tight for space! For as much as we want to hold onto your precious negatives and prints, we are only able to hold them for 30 days after you get the digital scans from us. Please come anytime we’re open to grab them!
